The Meditation Group meets every Thursday evening,
6 - 7 pm, in the sanctuary of the church.

NOTE: There will be no meditation on Thursday, November 22nd, 2018
Walk through your days in a self-caring, anxiety - reducing
way. Learn simple breathing and meditation techniques that
can be used at any time to help calm the body, mind and soul.
Join us for an hour of conversation and meditation.
No experience is necessary to participate and there is no
charge to attend. (Food donations for Webster Food Share and
monetary donations for HANDS will be graciously accepted
should one be so inclined, but there is no obligation.)
