The Board of Trustees is responsible for the use and scheduling, supervision and maintenance of all Church property. 
The Board shall develop and maintain job descriptions for all custodial work, and shall hire and supervise all custodial personnel.  It is also responsible for the oversight of all Church insurance.  The Board shall report to the Council at each monthly meeting and to the congregation at the annual meeting.

The Board of Trustees shall consist of six persons, two persons to be elected each year, at least one of whom shall be a
Church member, to serve a three-year term.  After two consecutive terms, two years must elapse before reelection for a subsequent term of service.  Additional Board members may be elected to serve for one year.
